BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS Reservation confirmation 30% deposit of total hire cost by bank transfer or cash. Full payment 7 days before your event. Cancellations less than 1 month notice deposit not refundable unless we re-rent. A track hire contract must be signed by hirers. All track day hirers must comply with Guadix circuit and our insurers safety arrangement checklist, and any other conditions relating to official controlling sports/insurance associations that may apply to your event. Non compliance of our safety checklist may result in Guadix circuit stopping an event on safety grounds. A doctor is compulsory for bike track days. Titanium knee sliders and toe sliders or crash bobbins are prohibited. Spanish national government heath cover does not include sports injuries. Our medical costs insurance also covers repatriation make sure you and your clients are covered. Damage incurred at and to the circuit will be the responsibility of the hirer. All persons/renters entering the track will sign a disclaimer before doing so, Renters responsibility. Disclaimers are available in the control tower and at Hotel Villa De Gor from Clive or by e mail. No persons shall drive on the circuit without express permission of the circuit controller of the day. This includes hire cars etc as staff may be cleaning the circuit etc and it may not be safe. No person shall drive on the track having consumed alcohol or any drugs, or medicines or have any illness or disability that may affect their performance.
